We seek an experienced Full Stack Team Lead who wants to join our core team and help us build the single source of truth for the financial world.
Responsibilities
- Proactively build your team, mentoring, recruiting, and onboarding.
- Taking Hands-on responsibilities with the team: designing, coding, and delivering features.
- Play a central role in building a complex and large-scale platform.
- Work closely with the management team to execute product vision & architecture.
- Develop & Lead tasks end-to-end, from design to deployment.
- Provide scalable, maintainable, and easy-to-use solutions for our customers.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with trends & technologies in the industry.
Requirements
- Development team management experience of at least 2 years.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Experience in both front-end and back-end development.
- Experience working with databases.
- Fast learner with outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about software engineering and constantly expanding your knowledge.
- An expert in balancing the trade-offs between technical and product priorities.
- Team player.
