Now is the perfect time to join Trullion as the Senior Manager or Director of Customer Delivery. We are working with a wide range of companies–from boutique accounting firms to some of the largest companies in the world. Our delivery team onboards and supports our customers through technical implementations and ongoing services. 

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience including experience managing and developing others. Experience hiring and developing a team, including the coaching of team members. 
  • Accounting and SaaS know-how: Big 4 accounting firm work experience, B2B SaaS professional services, and expertise in project management. 
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders. Set an example for professional, quality communication with our customers’ senior executives. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate quick problem solving, and continuous improvement for the team and responsible processes. 
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. 
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently. 
  • Occasional travel to customers as needed. 

Trullion's US salary range for this full-time position is $160,000-$200,000 + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
