We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager (CSM) dedicated to supporting our audit-focused clients. This role is ideal for someone with two years of audit experience who wants to transition into a client-facing, strategic role in a high-growth SaaS environment.
Responsibilities
- Build and deepen strategic relationships with key stakeholders at client firms, including technology champions, executive sponsors, and main decision makers.
- Bring audit expertise to customers and help them identify effective ways to leverage Trullion’s platform.
- Train and enable customers on product usage and best practices.
- Gather meaningful product feedback from clients and collaborate with Product to improve the software.
- Partner with Account Executives on commercial activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- 2+ years of audit experience at a top 20 U.S. public accounting firm, with a strong understanding of audit processes and client needs.
- Ability to build credibility with audit partners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence, comfortable developing relationships with executive sponsors, technology champions, and main decision-makers.
- Experience with newer audit/accounting software tools is a plus, as is exposure to SaaS platforms.
- Commercial mindset and willingness to learn how to manage renewals and upsells over time.
- Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 4 days per week.
Trullion's US salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $130,000 OTE + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
