About The Position

Trullion is transforming the accounting world with an AI-powered platform built for accountants and auditors. Our technology automates complex financial workflows, boosts efficiency, reduces costly errors, and fosters real collaboration. Founded in 2019, Trullion is on a mission to make accounting and audit technology people truly love, driving a more efficient, transparent, and human-oriented industry. From rapid onboarding to a seamless managed service model, we deliver a customer-first experience at every step.

Headquartered in New York, with offices in Tel Aviv and London, we are backed by top investors, including Aleph, Third Point Ventures, Greycroft, StepStone Group, as well as leading global CFOs and accounting firms.

As Trullion continues to scale, we’re looking for a Product Data Analyst to join our Product team. In this role, you’ll blend strong analytical skills with operational execution to help our product and go-to-market teams make data-informed decisions. About 70% of your time will be spent analyzing product and customer data, building dashboards, and delivering insights. The remaining 30% will focus on supporting product operations - ensuring our data processes, tools, and reporting cadences run efficiently. You’ll sit directly within the Product organization, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and GTM teams to improve how we use data across a growing suite of B2B SaaS products.

Responsibilities

Analytics

  • Analyze product usage and customer behavior across multiple SaaS products to uncover insights that guide roadmap priorities and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Snowflake, Redash, Metabase, Hellicone and Mixpanel to support Product, GTM, and leadership teams.
  • Define and track key metrics such as activation, retention, adoption, ARR growth, and engagement.
  • Run ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and support experiments or feature evaluations.
  • Develop SQL queries and models to ensure data integrity and availability for decision-making.
  • Support cross-functional metric alignment and data governance across Product and GTM functions.
  • Introduce best practices for data analysis.

Product Operations

  • Partner with product managers to maintain tools like Jira and Jira Product Discovery, ensuring consistent tracking and clean instrumentation.
  • Contribute to the OKR process, including progress tracking, performance reporting, and cross-team alignment.
  • Support and improve operational cadences — including product performance reviews, roadmap tracking, and release reporting.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Data teams to enhance analytics setup and data workflows.
  • Help scale best practices in how product and GTM teams use data to inform decisions.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Advanced SQL Proficiency: Ability to write complex, performant queries (CTEs, Window Functions) to extract insights from large datasets.
  • Cloud Data Warehousing: Hands-on experience with Snowflake (or similar platforms like BigQuery/Redshift).
  • Self-Service BI: Proven track record building and maintaining dashboards in Metabase or Redash to empower non-technical stakeholders.
  • Product Analytics: Experience leveraging Mixpanel (or Amplitude) to analyze user behavior and conversion funnels.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS and product metrics
  • Experience collaborating with both Product and GTM teams to define and measure success.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills — able to turn complex data into actionable insights.
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with attention to detail and a passion for improving workflows.
