This Marketing Generalist will be instrumental in shaping Trullion’s presence and driving business growth through dynamic marketing initiatives. You'll lead the development and execution of engaging events, from concept to completion, ensuring seamless logistics and impactful audience engagement. You'll also collaborate across teams to align all marketing efforts with key business objectives, supporting pipeline growth, customer retention, and brand visibility. If you're a proactive, organized, and adaptable marketing professional with a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing and event management, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execution of experiential marketing initiatives, including event programming, creative direction, speaker management, and audience engagement before, during, and after events.
  • Lead end-to-end event logistics for experiences and industry events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, branding, production, and onsite execution.
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure all campaigns - event-based and beyond - support business goals such as pipeline growth, customer retention, and brand visibility.
  • Support broader brand and marketing initiatives, contributing to campaign development, content creation, and consistent brand storytelling across channels.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and partners, while staying informed on industry trends and opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of experience with B2B SaaS event management, programs, and broader marketing initiatives. Startup experience preferred.
  • Experience crafting and producing branded experiential activations that have driven measurable earned media attention and buzz.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively lead multiple partners and projects with tight deadlines. Ability to manage client and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present data and information clearly.
  • Technical proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and Hubspot preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite at the NYC office 4 days per week.

Trullion's US salary range for this full-time position is $85,000-$100,000 + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
