We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with deep accounting expertise and proven client-facing experience to oversee and grow our "Managed Services" business. This role involves building relationships with approximately 60 firms that use and sell our product to their clients, ensuring their success while driving engagement and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting—whether as a CPA, an advisor, or an auditor—and has transitioned into a client-focused role, bringing both technical expertise and the ability to manage complex relationships. An MBA or similar business experience is a plus, enabling you to combine strategic thinking with hands-on relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with decision-makers across firms. Act as the primary point of contact, providing proactive communication and support to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
  • Leverage your accounting expertise to train clients on using and integrating our product effectively via webinars, workshops, etc.
  • Address technical accounting questions and provide consultative advice to clients.
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships by upselling additional tools and services. Drive and negotiate contract renewals and pricing adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues, and provide actionable client feedback to influence product development and strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of accounting experience as a CPA, auditor, or advisor in an accounting firm, with an additional 1+ years of experience managing client relationships and delivering solutions (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to build trust.
  • A consultative approach to problem-solving and relationship management.
  • Technical proficiency. Familiarity with accounting software, audit tools, and SaaS platforms is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA designation or significant accounting experience preferred.

Trullion's US OTE range for this full-time position is $110,000-$140,000 + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
