Trullion's Management Customer Success Manager, enterprise accounts, plays a key role in our organization, contributing to strategy and driving optimization and effectiveness for high-value accounts. As a Senior Customer Success Manager working on enterprise accounts, you will take full ownership of all large and enterprise relationships, including being the project manager for all issues that arise, building relationships with stakeholders, and renewing existing contracts. You will be expected to expand your book of business by at least 20% by the end of the year and proactively identify opportunities to expand existing contracts with your book of business. You will partner with other teams at Trullion to surface customer feedback and ensure client satisfaction, create and implement internal growth plans for our customers to set expectations and monitor success, and develop a long-term strategic plan for enterprise account management at Trullion as we plan for long-term expansion. Additionally, you will assist new customers as they join Trullion’s platform and begin using our services.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of all large and enterprise relationships, including being the project manager for all issues that arise, building relationships with stakeholders, and renewing existing contracts.
  • Expand your book of business by at least 15% by the end of the year and proactively identify opportunities to expand existing contracts with your book of business.
  • Partner with other teams at Trullion to surface customer feedback and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Create and implement internal growth plans for our customers to set expectations and monitor success.
  • Develop a long-term strategic plan for enterprise account management at Trullion as we plan for long-term expansion.
  • Assist new customers joining Trullion’s platform and using our services.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role, working with enterprise accounts.
  • Superb writing and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Problem-solver, resourceful, and independent.
  • eCommerce/FinTech background and/or experience working in a fast-growth B2B SaaS setting is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree - preferably in a highly quantitative field.
  • Native English speaker - MUST.
  • Willing to travel.
