We have a strong leadership team across sales, product, engineering & operations, and we are looking for a leader to “slot in” and take our foundation to the next level while growing the marketing team in parallel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the marketing vision for the company's platform product targeting CFOs, CAOs, and Auditors across the Enterprise.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team that is capable of executing the marketing strategy.
- Act as a key member of the executive team and a cultural leader for our US HQ (New York City)
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, including forecasting and tracking expenses.
- Build and manage the company's brand, ensuring that it is consistent across all channels and that it resonates with accounting leaders.
- Develop and execute demand-generation programs and events that generate qualified leads and accelerate sales.
- Develop and execute customer marketing programs that drive retention and expansion.
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure that the marketing message is aligned with the product roadmap and that the product is meeting the needs of the target market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that marketing programs are aligned with sales goals and that sales is enabled to close deals.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target market, including the competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing programs.
- Maintain executive relationships with board members, advisors, and key partners
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on enterprise software and/or financial technology.
- Proven track record of building strong brands and driving demand in the enterprise market.
- Experience developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, events, and content marketing.
- Strong leadership skills and experience building and managing high-performing marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing marketing performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
