As an Enterprise Product Support Specialist, your role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and utilization of our innovative software solutions for our enterprise clients. Your responsibilities will encompass providing exceptional technical support and ongoing service, focusing on client satisfaction and the seamless adoption of our products. This position is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional with a strong accounting and software support background. You will be an integral part of a rapidly growing company at the forefront of the industry.
- Provide technical support to enterprise clients in implementing Trullion's software solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to product functionality, data integration, and system configuration
- Work closely with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address product bugs, enhancements, and user experience improvements.
- Deliver product training and assist with the creation of support documentation.
- Gather client feedback and communicate it to the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support cases in the CRM system.
- Participate in client meetings and demonstrate product features and capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide proactive support and recommend innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise software support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Trullion's US base salary range for this full-time position is $ 80,000-$110,000+ Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
